Nope.  StableBit CloudDrive has the local cache, and can read from that.  

StableBit DrivePool has the read striping feature, that helps to optimize performance. 

However, StableBit DrivePool will actively avoid reading from CloudDrive disks, to preserve bandwidth.

You can use a product like Primocache on the underlying physical disks as a read cache.  It's a great program, been using it for many years now.  Just needs sufficient RAM (or a good SSD as a Level 2 cache) to help the system.
