CloudDrive is a block based solution, so the software doesn't really know what files it's accessing. You should be able to use any windows tool, like resource monitor, to see what is accessing the drive and what files are being accessed though.

srcrist is correct, you won't be able to see what files are being downloaded, because the software doesn't deal with 'files".

 

However, the technical details window will show you what chunks are being uploaded and downloaded.

As for processes that are reading from the drive, run "resmon" and open the "disk" tab.
