How to know which version is "stable"

I currently have 1.0.0.581 installed on Windows 2k12 R2 Standard.  To keep up to date with the various improvements of the application, what indicators should I look at to download a newer version?

 

I couldn't see anything in the change log to indicate this, and the version numbers don't seem to have an indicator either.

Weird! I got no issues with prefetching at all - besides a block when uploading due to prefetching threads getting stuck in a checksumblockreadcopy state untill prefetch timeframe is exceeded

I believe that the "Incorrect parameter" was fixed in the 620 build, and due to sector size issues (differences on the cache drive and the cloud drive).
