aSoldiersHavok
I reinstall windows 10, however, I failed to uninstall the Stablebit and deactivate before reinstalling windows 10. I've downloaded Stablebit CloudDrive and I have the Unlock button available. When I get to the next screen it ask for a Password key, assuming it's my Activation ID. It doesn't seem to recognize it because the "Key format must be valid" indicator doesn't change. I'm stuck and can't use my license. I don't want to destroy my drive. How do I fix this? Created a ticket #1924019. No response yet.
VapechiK
i notice the red X error message says 'format must be valid.' check and make sure you include the { and } before and after the actual numbers/letters
aSoldiersHavok
Yes, I've tried that. Also, with and without dashes. I've copied and pasted my activation ID. Nothing is working.
Christopher (Drashna)
For the encryption key used here, there should be what you used and a hex variant that starts with a H. And it won't be the same as your Activation ID. If you do not have this, the drive cannot be unlocked. There is no way for us to help unlock the drive. You have to have the unlock key here.
