Yes, I've tried that. Also, with and without dashes. I've copied and pasted my activation ID. Nothing is working.

I reinstall windows 10, however, I failed to uninstall the Stablebit and deactivate before reinstalling windows 10. I've downloaded Stablebit CloudDrive and I have the Unlock button available. When I get to the next screen it ask for a Password key, assuming it's my Activation ID. It doesn't seem to recognize it because the "Key format must be valid" indicator doesn't change. I'm stuck and can't use my license. I don't want to destroy my drive. How do I fix this? Created a ticket #1924019. No response yet.
