I have a new enclosure that is toasting my drives and the manufacture wants me to send them "system logs for my drives". I sent back a clarification to see what data they need - but I'm not aware of any other "system logs" for hard drives and/or where to pull them from? A number of drives do actually store historical temperature data within their firmware, and StableBit Scanner will display that information, if it's present.
