All Drive Info Lost AGAIN! Scanner v.2.5.7.3565

I spent the past two days getting my drives cleaned up and moving files from some dying drives.

I renamed all the drives in Scanner, put in the Server and Bay location.  I just restarted again and all the information is gone.

This has happened in the past and I was told the latest version would resolve that... And obviously it didn't.

I'm sorry to hear that, and that is very unusual. If you could, open a ticket. 

That said, the latest version does have a backup/restore option, and that should work. 

Also, the beta versions have StableBit Cloud sync, which should prevent them from being lost, as well.

The Cloud sync, is that part of CloudDrive, or do we need to sign up for an account to sync to, or what?

It's part of StableBit Cloud, not CloudDrive (sorry for the confusing naming).

And yeah, you'd need to sign up for an account.

Right now, it's still in beta, so it's completely free.  But we do plan on offering it as a subscription based service.  However, I do believe that we plan on having a free tier, though.
