New install failing on Win10 installation

"0x80070643" usually indicates that there is a pending reboot. 

Unfortunately, the wrapper that we use for the installer (wix) isn't always great about the error messages.  

Rebooting the system should fix the issue.   If that doesn't, then run the Microsoft fix it tool:

Thanks for the reply.  Problem was not solved with reboot.  However, problem was linked to incomplete install.  I ended up re-installing windows and installation of cloud drive went as expected.  I have a few new isues but will create new post for those.
