Force balancing?

Not sure why, but my pool isn't balancing.

 

I have two plugins prioritized - the SSD optimizer with 3 SSDs (same size) since I have the pool triplicated.

I have Disk Space Equalizer next up, with percent used as the selection.

Nevertheless, it's not balancing.  I'm using the most recent beta.

 

I tried adding the most recent plugins but it doesn't recognize the beta so it won't install with something like "needs ver 2.0" to be installed.

Set the balancing ratio to 100%.  Also, try disabling the Disk Space Equalizer, and see if that helps. 

 

and the "needs version 2.0" error is poor handling of the installer and basically means that it's already installed.

I did that, Drashna.

 

Still no balancing.

Your thoughts on fully uninstalling - deleting settings, etc. and then starting over?

Any file placement rules?  And any other balancers enabled? 

And what are the settings on the "settings" tab for the balancers?

Okay, it looks like it's waiting on user intervention, maybe? 

Click on the "^" next to the bar on the bottom, and that may let you force a rebalance.

 

Also, IIRC, there are some issues with using both of these balancers, as they are kind of at odds with each other. Enable just the Equalizer until the disks are rebalanced, and then switch (the SSD optimizer should keep the drives roughly equal, normally)
