Hi there,

I'm having a bit of trouble getting Remote Control working. What are the requirements for getting this working? Do I need two licenses? I have enabled Allow Remote Control on both machines, but neither shows up for each other. Do both computers need to be interactive (logged in) with the Cloud Drive UI open?

Also, can I install ONLY the UI on my second computer which would be used to manage my server which is running the full CloudDrive suite and has the license?

Only if you want to run drives on both systems. Otherwise, no. The remote control functionality will work even in an unlicensed state.

They need to be online and on the same subnet.

If the Remote control functionality is on, both systems are on the same subnet, and you are sure that it "should work", then it may be a network discovery issue.
