  1. Hi there, Is it possible to use a DrivePool made up an SSD (1TB) and an HDD (10TB) as the cache drive for a CloudDrive? I would love to use the SSD Optimizer plugin with DrivePool to create a fast and large cache drive. This would give the best of both worlds, newer and more frequently used files would be stored on the SSD, older files would slowly be moved to the HDD, you would only need to download from the CloudDrive if you are accessing an older file that is not in the cache... Is this possible?

    Remote Control

Hi there, I'm having a bit of trouble getting Remote Control working. What are the requirements for getting this working? Do I need two licenses? I have enabled Allow Remote Control on both machines, but neither shows up for each other. Do both computers need to be interactive (logged in) with the Cloud Drive UI open? Also, can I install ONLY the UI on my second computer which would be used to manage my server which is running the full CloudDrive suite and has the license?
  3. I don't know about the technical limitations of this (i.e. if it is even possible to implement this). I was wondering if it would be possible to mount drives on multiple machines where the first computer is read/write and successive attachments are read-only. Just an interesting possibility...
  4. Hi there, I started with a CloudDrive of 10TB I have since used the "Resize" option to expand this to 100TB. The new size is reflected in the CloudDrive UI but not in windows. If I take a look at the drive in Disk Management I can see that the extra space is there as unallocated space. If I try to expand the drive I get the following error: "The volume cannot be extended because the number of clusters will exceed the maximum number of clusters supported by the file system". Basically my question is, is it possible to increase the sector/chunk size of a CloudDrive. Thanks.
  5. Hi, Thanks for the tip. I have resized the drive, it shows the new size in the StableBit UI however in windows explorer it still shows the old size, even though I have unmounted and remounted the drive. Any tips?
  6. Hi there, Is it possible to modify existing cloud drives, for instance expanding them in size or renaming them? Thanks.
