How to make the CloudDrive to compare again the whole backup with the source (checksum checking)?

StableBit CloudDrive stores the checksum per chunk. As data is accessed, it actually verifies the checksum.  

 

If there is an issue, it will flag it in the UI. 

 

Otherwise, there isn't a way to force this to occur, aside from reading all of the data.

Where the checksums are stored?

What do you mean that during the data access they are verified? During the download?

 

I would be good to have an option to be able to verify the data any time (compare the whole backup with the source)  - not necessarily in the first stable release.

They're not. They're generated "on demand", for all sets of the file in question, and then compared to each other.
