Why does Drivepool display the wrong pool capacity?

I have just installed my first DP trial on WIndows Server 2012R2.

 

For this first test - I have "pooled" 2 500GB drives. But I am seeing some weirdness in Disk Management after adding the two drives to the pool (see attachment)

 

Any ideas on why DP is thinking 2TB when only less than 1TB is in play? Bug?

I'm not sure why, but my pool is also 2TB if I look at the same place in disk management.

Probably some windows limitation.

It's a limitation of the drive.  It will always show up as 2048GB in that section of Disk Management. 

 

However, if you look at the list above, it does display the correct information.
