Been using your product for a while and love it, not to long ago i rebuilt my system put my product key in and it said, "License not found for this machine. If you believe that this is a mistake, then please contact support."

I rebuilt my file server over the weekend, and installed DrivePool/Scanner as a trial.

 

I deactivated DrivePool on the old server, and reactivated on the new.

I can't find any option to deactivate Scanner, and get the error "License not found for this machine" error when trying to activate the new fileserver.

For both of you, I can't find the licenses based on the info here.  Since the tickets are private, I can help you out a lot more there, rather than in a public place.
