Data on drive but not in pool

Question

Hi,

 

I am trialing drivepool,  I added 3 disks to a pool, once of which had data.  The pool drive does not show the files that are on one of the disks,  yet the space is taken if you look at total

size/space free in windows.  What have I done wrong?

Thanks for that.  So, I am assuming every file I add to the pool will go into these hidden folders?  Also, can I change the drive letter of the pool?  Don't see an option to do it in drivepool itself, but could I do it through windows disc management? Or would this mess things up?

You need to show hidden files and move the files into the poolpart folder.

Yes, exactly.  You do need to remeasure after moving the files around or the UI won't properly reflect the contents. 

 

 

And yes, you can change the drive letter of the pool (via Disk Management) without any issues.
