SSD Cache Issue

Hi. Over the past several months I have been having an issue with the ssd cache feature. It will work fine for a period of time then will stop working. By that I mean when moving files to the pool it will bypass the cache and go straight to the spinning drives. The only way I have seen to fix this is to remove the cache drive then re-add it which does fix it for a certain amount of time. Anything I can check or do to see what the issue might be?

Are you using the official SSD Optimizer plugin or the user-made All-In-One plugin? Does it make any difference trying the other one?

I've used both but currently using the all in one. Neither seems to make a difference.

 

I have also ruled out the drive as an issue. I was using a sata ssd before and now an nvme one with the same results.

 

The current OS is Win10. All up to date along with the drivepool software.

I would suggest using the official plugin until the issue re-occurs and then follow the directions at https://wiki.covecube.com/StableBit_DrivePool_2.x_Log_Collection to create a log of it happening to send to StableBit and open a support ticket.
