License key Not Sticking

I recently purchased the bundle, received my license key, and activated DrivePool and Scanner. For some reason every single time I restart my PC I'm asked to either transfer my license to use eIther product or I have to deactivate and re-enter my license. Is there any way to force my license key to stick so I don't have to enter this info every time I reboot?

The license should stick normally. That it's not definitely indicates an issue here.

 

Could you open a ticket at "https://stablebit.com/Contact/"for this? 

 

And could you grab the error reports from the system?

Also, I'm assuming that nothing has changed between boots (such as the system name, updating the BIOS/firmware, etc), correct?

It happens whether I add/remove a drive or just reboot without making any changes. I opened a ticket with support.
