Disk not recognized/found

Hello, I have Scanner and DrivePool installed on my server. One (of eight) disk is not found/displayed by Scanner, but DrivePool displays it as a member disk in my pool. Windows is also listing the disk in  Disk Management.

Error logs (a few days old) do not reveal (for me) something obvious:

Is there some troubleshooting I can do to make it displayed and managed by Scanner?
