0 Christopher (Drashna)
As for the WD Green Drive, it depends on the SMART warnings. If it's a high Load Cycle Count, then as long as that is the only issue, it may be fine. If there are other issues, or it's near the end of the warranty period, then definitely RMA it. As for the WD Black drive. I'm guessing this is for unreadable sectors (the surface scan)? If so, try running "chkdsk x: /r" on the drive and see if that helps (If this is for windows 8 or Server 2012 or up, add "/scan" at the end of command). And if the drive is near the end of it's warranty, then it may be worth RMAing it anyways.

0 Ryo
something to do with remote desktop I tried setting up anywhere access and I think I screwed something up
0 Christopher (Drashna)
well, make sure the "Remote Desktop Gateway" service is running on the server. If it's not, then that's the problem. Otherwise, try using "proxy.org" or a smartphone (not on wifi) to make sure that the site is accessible remotely, and using the right certificate. 0 Ryo
remote desktop gateway is running but im lost after that
0 Christopher (Drashna)
After that, it can become a lot more complicated. First, make sure the website itself is accessible and working properly (the correct certificate, eg no errors on connecting). If that is working fine, then the certificate import for the RDP Gateway may have failed. And that is more complicated to fix.

0 Ryo
I think I got remote setting installed but im confused and still don't have remote access
0 Christopher (Drashna)
Sorry for the delay. As for the error you were seeing, it was related to the browser and the computer it was on. It was reporting that the certificate was expired/invalid. Which is very odd, and ... well, shouldn't be happening. If that continues, double check that the date and time are correct on both of the systems (and within a minute of each other). And you may want to consider switching to another browser.
