hsehestedt Posted January 5, 2023 Posted January 5, 2023 I just purchased two licenses to CloudDrive a few days ago. I installed the product on only one system initially. Today I reinstalled Windows on that system, but I neglected to first disable the license on that system. After reinstalling Windows, I installed cloud drive again and activated it. Apparently, this installed my second license. I am now attempting to install on my laptop (this would be my second machine), however, it won't allow me to activate this copy. Is there some way that I can deactivate one of my licenses so that the second installation can be successfully activated? Many products have some sort of self-help online to allow deactivating licenses, but I see nothing like that here. Quote
