Win2012e->Win2012eR2 and pool/folder permissions stuffed

Question

Hi,

Been a long time user of Stablebit (having moved from Drivebender during my WHS2011 days)- love the program but currently have an issue. I currently have an N40L Microserver with the following config:

1x 160gb HD connected to onboard SATA (modded full speed bios)

4x 2tb WD Red HD installed in the drive bays

I was running Windows 2012 essentials and decided to upgrade to Win2012e R2... I made sure the pool was healthy, deactivated the licence, shut down and popped out the 4 WD red 2tb drives while I wiped and installed Win2012e R2 on the 160gb boot drive.

I reinstalled Drivepool and re-activated it once windows had installed, popped in the drives and the pool was found. Unfortunately, all my folders and permissions now appeared stuffed- all the folders report I do not have permission to access. I downloaded the WSS utili but it refuses to run because it does not support Window 2012e R2 OS. Any help or advice?

Thanks

Kris
