Scanner Settings missing after upgrade

Could you open a ticket at https://stablebit.com/Contact if you haven't already? 

Once you have, run the StableBit Troubleshooter on the system in question:
https://wiki.covecube.com/StableBit_Troubleshooter

 

And then try resetting the settings:
