I have 2 drive pool on external usb NAS's one HDD and the other SSD. The HDD one is the issue quite frequently it will just disappear from my windows 10 host, I Samba mount both pools on a linux server and an iMac. The time for it to disappear can be days or hours before the HDD pool just disappears silently nothing in any log file I can find either on the host of clients. The real pain point is that I have to restart both pools and then the windows host.
So my main question is why? and is there away other than a full restart to get the HDD pool recognized? I've restarted the windows service with no luck
