Submitted a ticket: No reply, no response, no solution

Question

I submitted a support ticket some days ago and I have not receieved any type of response....

Besides paying for the product itself, I did pay for support so I expect some kind of reaction....

I dont have a link to said ticket. Where can I find it?

You should have been taken to a page for the ticket.  (eg "https://stablebit.com/Contact/######"), and you should have been sent an email, with the subject "[StableBit.com] Inquiry Sent (######)", from "no-reply@stablebit.com". 

So, you may have the link in your browser history.  But you should have the email, for sure.  Though, double check the junk filter, as it may have flagged it.
