How to clone an Encrypted drive to another drive on the same account

I have 4tb on my first drive and I just realized I don't have the proper settings for use with Plex. 

So I want to make another drive with the proper settings.

Is there a way to copy the files to the new drive without re-uploading the whole drive?

is there a way to change the chunk size after a drive has been created? I would like to change the Chunk Size from 10MB to 20MB

Nope, sorry.  You'll want to create the new drive, and then copy the data from one drive to another.

Nope.  Once the size is set, that's it.  It's like setting the sector size for the disk.  You can change it, but you have to wipe the disk.  Same thing here.
