Good evening. First time user of drivepool and my google foo is failing me. I have pool file duplication on. (Purchsed drivepool and scanner tonight)
I purchased 3 new 8tb hard drives. Created a pool with them
I have 5x 3tb hard drives with my media collection on them, they are not in a pool. Will be getting rid of them soon as they are getting old.
Would it be best to copy and paste media directly into the pool or should I add the old drives to the pool? Will duplication happen automatically? What happens when I go to remove the old drives permanently from the system with out replacing them with a new drive? What would be my best route?
