Hello, I am trying out Drivepool as I ran into many issues with Storage Spaces. I have a Windows 10 desktop with 2x 2TB WD Red and 2x 8TB WD White in a duplicated pool. When trying to copy over a 50GB file over the network, I keep getting a "There is not enough space on {SHARE}. You need an additional X GB to copy these files." error.
The pool drive has 2.76TB free. The 8TB drives have 855GB and 1.47TB free. The 2TB drives have 385GB and 82 GB free. I can't figure out what's causing the free space error. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
Update: I had the drivepool shared folder stored as a network location on the client. Just tried deleting the network location and accessing the share directly via UNC path. This eliminated the error so it seems like the Windows client is caching the "free space" and not refreshing when changes are made server side.
