Newbie Question about changing drives

My newbie question is, I bought another solid state and I don't want my current cloud drive using my C: solid state drive but this new one I just installed J: drive. 

So do I detach it and reattach it to the J Drive??  How do I go about it?

I just don't want my C drive being used anymore as the space before it gets uploaded to the cloud drive,

Yup. 

And to do so: "Manage Drive" -> "Detach".  This will detach the drive, and then you can reattach it, using the new drive for the cache.
