Hey I am not very happy with drive pool after I lost a lot of files and was not able to recover anything. I would like to uninstall Drivepool but i'm not sure how to go about it to retain all files.

First, I'm sorry to hear that.

 

 

 

As for the rest, all of the files are actually stored on the underlying disks, as normal NTFS files.  

 

Data recovery should work on the drives just fine, in fact. 

 

 

And specifically, the contents are in hidden "PoolPart.xxxxxx" folder on each disk. Most move the contents out of these folders, and rearrange things as needed.   This can be done before *or* after you uninstall the software, it doesn't matter.
