Error with licensing please help!

Hi, i have a drivepool / scanner license . I have upgraded from windows 8 to 10 and forgot to deactivate the license. When trying to actívate on win 10 ive got error with license this machine contact . Ive already reported a ticket. Please your support, i cant setup access to my content for 3 days... Thanks in advance

I think I've responded to the ticket already. If not, please let me know what your Contact # for the ticket was, and I'll take care of it there.

 

 

And just FYI, the contact site is the best way to get ahold of us, especially for licensing issues (as it's more heavily monitored).

I apologize for that. I've responded to the ticket, so you should receive a notification for that momentarily.

 

Specifically, I've deactivated the licenses on our end, so you should be able to activate them on the new installation now.
