Had a motherboard die. Replaced it and I was getting errors with file duplication. I attempted to remove the drive. It is stating that "file or directory is corrupt." How to I resolve this?

Thanks.

I decided to run check disk utility on the drive after stopping the drivepool service. It is finding issues. Once those are corrected, will drivepool replace any damaged files or will I have to manually replace them as I find them?

Thanks.

If drivepool has duplicates available on other drives to replace damaged files that are detected and removed by chkdsk then drivepool will do so when it next does a consistency check (which you can also manually trigger: Settings -> Troubleshooting -> Recheck duplication).
