  3. Looks like there's a scaling issue. If it's not set to 100% try changing it back and then reopening the license window. The button to deactivate should be to the right of the activation key text.
  4. Hi, I've been using DrivePool for a few years, with no complaints. I recently noticed that files were not being moved off the SSD. When I run the balancer manually, it runs for a second, and then quits without moving any data. I see a lot of these kind of messages in the log: 20:45:16.3: Warning: 0 : [FileMover] Error moving '\\?\Volume{5b63ed59-0000-0000-0000-100000000000}\PoolPart.fdcbb48e-cdbb-4cd0-ac30-5dff11a521e2\Torrent\<FileName>' to '\\?\Volume{e8c078d8-0000-0000-0000-106a18000000}\PoolPart.a4ad2871-47c8-49f0-8dce-c1c3719f50e7\Torrent\<FileName>. The handle is invalid where <FileName> is the actual filename of the files on the SSD. What should I do to fix this, please? Thanks.
  5. I had the same experience. Upgraded from the last release version to the latest, lost all customization, and scanned status. The scanner immediately started a full scan on all my disks after the upgrade. Re-did the settings, rebooted and it seems okay.
