0 Christopher (Drashna)
No, we don't currently support non-S3 sites with the S3 provider. We do plan on adding S3 compatible provider support in the future.

It was more than 18 months ago when this comment was made. Has "the future" arrived? Seeing more and more cloud storage providers that are S3 compatible, I think enabling this makes sense. 0 Christopher (Drashna)
Which is part of why we generally don't give ETAs. Development for StableBit CloudDrive took a lot longer than anticipated. We only recently had a stable release build. Right now, we're going through our back log of issues for StableBit DrivePool, as these built up while working on CloudDrive. After that, we plan on going through the StableBit Scanner back log. After that, then we should be adding more providers. And S3 compatible providers is pretty much at the top of that list. That said, this isn't just "flipping a switch". There are a bunch of things that we have to test and ensure works before releasing the provider. And as the S3 compatible provider may not use the same API/code as the Amazon S3 service, that is additional time.
