Very handy and useful for debugging and error reporting, comes in Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

So... StableBit Scanner. But not. 

 

Seriously, it looks like it's essentially doing the same thing, but a lot less. 

 

Depending on what it's doing, it may be worth seeing if we can leverage it into Scanner.
