Background: Very interested in purchasing DrivePool, but have some latent issues that I would like to get resolved before taking the dive. All drives were added to the pool at the same time.
Issues
Data added to pool isn't properly spread across drives.
The only drives being utilized are my brand new drives.
SSD Optimizer plugin isn't being utilized.
Attempted Solutions
SSD Optimizer
Enabled "balance immediately" and disabled hour limitation
Automatic Balancing below 100%
Checked the appropriate settings
Pool Spread
Ensured the non-SSD drive is healthy and the appropriate settings are set
