Would it be possible to add 'groups' to the Drive Usage Limiter balancer?
I have an external Startech enclosure and I've found that when a disk fails it takes all the disks in that enclosure offline. If all my duplicated files were balanced to drives within that enclosure, then they all go offline and are unavailable.
If I could "group" a series of disks into a single duplicated "target", I could ensure that all of those disks only hold any 1 copy of a file.
I realize that I could remove duplicated files from it entirely, but that's not what I want to do. I do want to use it as a duplicated files target when it's online. I just need a fallback for a hardware quirk.
In general, the ability to have rules tell DrivePool where the duplicated files go, like we do the files themselves, would be awesome.
