  1. What OS are you using? Windows 10 Pro 10.0.14393

    What version of StableBit CloudDrive are you using specifically? 1.0.0.854

    what provider are you using? Google Drive

    Is this happening over the network or locally? On my local server

    Thanks for any help.

  2. I've had this issue for as long as I've been using CloudDrive.

    When I navigate the drive, most of the time Explorer will hang (not responding) when I click into a folder.

    When it doesn't hang, sometimes it will take ~2 minutes to load the folder.

    The folders don't have many files in them. I have the pinning options enabled.

    I thought it might be a bug because the drive was created with an early version of CD, so I created a new drive to see if the issue was gone but it's still happening.

    Is there anything I can do? Really annoying having to restart explorer almost every time I want to browse the drive.

    Thanks.

  3. Is there recommended settings for getting the best download speeds? I want to copy all files on my cloud drive to local disk (in batches), but the copy speed in windows file explorer is painfully slow. Shouldn't it be relatively close to my download speed?

  4. I have a Google Drive drive I created on .777.  I copied a 26gb, 30mbps movie over to it to test the ability to stream it and find the best prefetching settings.  Everything worked great throughout all my testing.  Then I moved roughly 10gb of mp3s over.  That process has never completed.  It got stuck at about 8gb to upload and was showing 0 threads/bps with some user rate limit exceeded errors in the logs.  I re-authorized and re-booted and it made it about another 2gb. Rebooted last night before going to bed. It didn't make any headway.  It's stuck at 6.61gb to upload, 0 threads/bps.  2 user rate limit exceeded errors in the logs.  This is not usable this way.  Is there anything I can do?

    Hi Shiz, would you be able to share your prefetching settings please? I am currently having great trouble with high bitrate movies!

  5. I ran chkdsk on the drive, it returned this afterwards;

    CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the
    master file table (MFT) bitmap.
    Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.

    Windows has made corrections to the file system.
    No further action is required.

    I restarted and it's been uploading fine since then with no errors. Thank you very much, you're brilliant!

  6. Sorry to drag this back up, but I'm having the same problem. My cache is stuck with 65.8GB to upload and making no attempts to do so. I can use files already uploaded to my drive, so downloading doesn't seem to be affected.

    I'm on version 1.0.0.725 and in the log file I see this;

    [PinDiskMetadata] Error pinning NTFS data. Mft fixup error detected.

    What should I do?

  7. It seems to be working OK now. I had a power outage and the UI said it was repairing the drive for a while but it's uploading fine now.

    Would you recommend upgrading to the version you mentioned above anyway? Will I lose my data if I do?

  8. Windows 10 (14393.51)

    1.0.0.463 Beta

    Google Drive

    No errors in UI. (I usually get some when it is actually uploading but I haven't had any issues before)

    I've uploaded my Service folder to Dropbox.

    Thanks for your help,

    Dave
