I have been running for a while now with no duplication, all 4 of my pooled disks on one pcie sata controller card and have replaced all 4 of the disks with larger disks and have enabled duplication. I was wondering if there is a performance advantage to splitting the drives across the separate pcie controller and the MB sata ports, (2 drives on separate 4 port sata card and 2 on the MB's sata card) ?
