Pool shows empty, drives fine, cannot access pool data


Question

The issues I am having are similar to the ones in this post: http://community.covecube.com/index.php?/topic/187-drivepool-ui-freezes-dashboard-when-swapping-drives-between-bays/

 

 

I have also submitted a ticket but this will add to that information.

 

Aside from the pool showing empty and ALL drives working fine (but not in the pool) I cannot access any pool data (obviously) nor display information about shares.

 

Any attempt to access the pool dirve (which DOES show up in the file system even though the dashboard pool shows no drives) causes a file system lockup.

 

I have attempted to install Stablebit scanner but it will not install and freezes at 80% or so.

 

I do have a log in the service/logs/service folder.   Attached.
