  1. I love the Stablebit Cloud, for remote access to Pool and Scanner info, as well as seeing how many products I have for each activation ID etc. However, could you add the ability to deactivate a specific installation too? I've been running a few VM testing scenarios with new hardware, and I thought I was done testing... but I managed to forget to deactivate Drivepool (again!), though I did remember Scanner. Now the only way to fix this is with a support request. While that is "ok", surely it makes sense to be able to deactivate an installation from the cloud interface for cases where failed hardware makes it impossible on the actual machine, or if you're just forgetful like me? ;-( There is an ominous "Delete License" button in red, but there is no solid information about what it will actually do - is it actually what I need (deactivate all installs on that key), or will it really delete it and the key can never be used again? @Christopher (Drashna) tagged in case the delete is deactivate and I don't need another support request... ;-)
  2. Hello, I had asked this question in the cloud drive forum... the short version is, can you pool two machines together? and it was suggested to try my luck here instead. I'm sure the answer is "no", but can I pool two different machines together into one pool? I know I can do this: create pool --> place pool in virtual cloud drive --> place cloud drive into pool on second machine because I did exactly that. However, if I have existing data on the pool, that does not get reflected in the cloud, it can only use the empty space to create the virtual drive. If it is possible to see the existing data in a pool in a cloud drive, I'd be interested in knowing how to do that. Thanks, TD
  3. Hello, I am on version 1.0.2.976 and i tried to update to the newest version (1.1.0.1030). As you can see on the screenshot the shown version isnt updating correctly. I tried to install it again with admin rights but its not possible cause the installer let me only chose "repair" and "uninstall". Can i uninstall CloudDrive and install it again without losing my settings? Its not only the version which isnt updating, im missing some features which are on my 2nd pc are there (auto retry when drive gets disconnected,..). OS: Win Server 2012 (up2date). No security solution or firewall installed. regards
