  1. Thanks for the reply. Actually, it's good to hear you can't reproduce the problem. It means most likely it's isolated to me. I feared that but thought I'd verify. Just to be clear: You were able to create a drive stream and point backup and sync there as your sync location and you did not receive an error. Additionally, the files were able to sync without issue? If that's the case, then we can close this issue and I'll continue to attempt to resolve. Edit: I've been working on this issue for several weeks. I've had Google support assist with Gsuite and I've been through every forum (I think) that's dealt with this error. It honestly seems that usually it's resolved by deleting the google drive/backup & sync cache folder and/or reinstalling it. It's just not resolving for me.
  2. Greetings, I've attempted to search for an answer but so far have been unable to find one. I was previously using Storage Spaces in Windows 10 to pool my drives and I would back that up to Google Drive via Backup and Sync. I had a drive failure and which caused me to create my pool from scratch. Since I'd initiated the Storage Spaces, I'd learned of DrivePool and decided to buy it. Previously, I was able to use Google's Backup and Sync tool to mirror the majority of my files in the storage pool to Google Drive. now I'm continously getting an error on Google Backup & Sync (311CF1CF). It seems to scan the pool, acknowledge the files but when it's type to copy (up or down) it crashes. Does DrivePool support backing files up to Google Drive? I'm aware of Cloud Drive, I may use that in the future, but at the moment would prefer the majority of my files to go up directly accessible from the web client/Drive apps. I also like that it integrates well into Google Photos. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
