Ok i found the reason. It was a server rule. Problem solved

Hello, i created a encrypted drive on ACD. I uploaded some files and after succesfull upload i detached the drive. Now i was trying to attach the drive to another pc. I can attach the drive and unlock it ut its not showing up in my explorer. I went to the "computer management" and then to the "disk management" and i saw that the attached drive was "offline". I rightclicked on it and clicked on "online". Now its pinning and i can see it now in my explorer. now my question: Do you know why the drive is set to "offline"? I have on both pcs the same settings. OS: win server 2012 r2, xeon cpu, 32gb ram, 2tb hdd best regards

It feels like stablebit cloud drive is only scanning if u are trying to access a folder. Would be good if this would happen when i attach the drive. I will test it with another provider to see if this is an amazon related problem or software/settings related.

Hello, when im uploading files to ACD the chunks progress is raising for many files up to 1000%. With other providers (g-drive,...) i dont have this problem. I have the same settings for all providers (same up/download threads, same cache size,...). Is this only affecting me? Happening because ACD is an experimental provider or is it a problem on amazons site? regards

Server: 1gbit up/down Home: 50/25mbit Both options for "pinning" are already enabled. Threads are at 10 for down/uploading. If i change the "prefetching" settings, can this give me better access times? Settings in prefetching: trigger: 1mb forward: 10mb time window: 30sec regards

The disks are directly connected to the mainboard, so they are not removable like an usb drive. All disks are not dynamic disks. There are about 10 hdds in this server.

Im going to buy the licenses after stablebit cloud drive becomes a rc or a final release and the providers i need are stable and daily usable. Is it correct that i dont need a serial during the beta because after 30 days i can get a new trial key? regards

Hello, im on an shared windows server. When im trying to create a new drive on amazon drive cloud i cant choose my hdd. I get only 4 different hdds to choose from but they are not accesable for me. My hdd im using isnt in the list. Is the cache drive limited to show only 4 different hdds? Is it possible to choose another hdd which is not in the list? regards

Hello, I have 2 pcs in my network where i installed stablebit cloud drive. Im using only one pc at the time. So my question is: do i need 2 licenses for this 2 pcs or would it be ok to buy only 1 and activate this 2 pcs? thanks

Hello, i use google drive for some videos. When im trying to stream a video the folders access time is very high. I mean the time when im opening the folder until i see what files are in the folder. How can i improve this? And english isnt my main language

I am using ACD, Hubic, Google Drive, Owncloud/Nextcloud and WebDav/FTP. I think you are already supporting so much providers and in my opinion you should prior to keep this services up to date and working flawless instead of working on new providers. By the way, i really love your software and after testing it with the trial account ill buy it for sure.
