Well, either way, this should be fixed in the latest version.

Is you site currently having issues?
I'd like to update to this version, since I have the same issue, but the link does not work (it times out after a while)EDIT: sorry, apparently my VPN didn't like the link. All clear now.

And to be blunt, it's because they don't have the infrastructure to support Amazon Cloud Drive, and don't want to drop the money/resources into it, to properly support it. Which is ironic, as this is the same company that runs S3 and AWS.
ACD's viability as a cloud provider is becoming more and more questionable, as time goes on. And we HIGHLY recommend moving your data away from this provider.
That's actually what I was doing when the errors started occuring....
That was about 12 hours ago, and it looks like Amazon still has not fixed it. Ironic indeed.

More users - including myself - are currently getting this error, so it's probably not your connection. but an issue on Amazon's side:

From my expercience Google Drive is more stable and faster. And as stated above chances are small that the combination of ACD + CloudDrive will continue to work in the future.

I had more or less the same question a little while ago and the answer is: yes, you can attach it yo a new system.

Hi guys, I know that migrating an existing DrivePool to a new pc is pretty simple (DrivePool "sees" that there are discs that were already part of a pool and simply re-creates that existing pool), but how does this work for CloudDrive? Is it enough to install CloudDrive, activate the license and then (re)connect to the cloud provider(s) I need? Will it then recognize that there are existing CloudDrives?
Somehow I keep thinking this will create a new drive instead of linking me to the already existing one, so I hope you can put my mind at ease now that I'm dumping a large amount of data in my current drive from my old pc :-)
OpenDrive experciences?
in Providers

I had never heard of OpenDrive, until I came across their service a couple of weeks ago. That was just before Stablebit announced that OpenDrive would be added as a provider.
Has anyone actively used their service, either 'standalone' or in combination with Stablebit? The 'personal unlimited' plan looks interesting, apart from the disclaimer that says "Mass storage of media libraries and NAS/SAN devices not permitted on this plan." and their TOS also clearly states that "unlimited" doesn't actually mean, well, "unlimited" :-)
Any thoughts?
