I see ReFS support in the latest DP beta release notes. Is there anything we need to know about how to use it?

Does DP create files with a ._ (dot underscore) prefix in each folder? I suddenly have scores of them on my 2012 R2 server DP pool and I'm trying to figure out which application created them.
