I reset the settings, my POOLDISK3 is now only listed in the POOLED section. Thanks for the help

Hi I have just gone into the config and noticed that my POOLDISK3 is listed in the Pooled and in the Unpooled section. If I hover the mouse to get the properties I get '1.82TB - ? - Disk 3', on the unpooled disk I get 1.82TB WDC WD20EARS - Disk 3 What do I need to do to make it appear once, the pool seems to be working ok, I have checked for a file on disk 3 and it is in the pool Thanks

Hello I moved an 9 disk drivepool onto a Win8.1 machine, all was well the 16TB appeared in drive letter Z Today the Z drive is missing, and no drivepool is appearing in the Drivepool control panel. I tried resetting the settings, there is still no drivepool listed and there is now 12 available drives, instead of the 3 that appeared before. I tried adding one of these drives into the pool (as it looks like it was asking me to recreate the pool) and I get the message 'Cannot add the same disk to the pool twice' I have tried uninstalling, removing ProgramData\Stablebit Drivepool, and reinstalling, and I am getting the same thing. Noticed in the Device Manager, under disks there is a Covecube Virtual Disk with a yellow warning, the message reads: "This device cannot start (Code 10) The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device." I have tried the latest beta version Any ideas on how to fix this.
