  1. I recently purchased DrivePool and opted to get the StableBit personal three program bundle. All three programs work except for Scanner which generates the following error: I have made the following troubleshooting steps with no resolution so far 1. Restart the computer. 2. Go to Services and restart the StableBit Scanner Service and StableBit Scanner Shutdown Service. Before and after restarting these services, both services showed and show that they are running. 3. Uninstalled and reinstalled Scanner. I redownloaded it thinking perhaps the download was somehow corrupted. Besides the latest release (2.6.4.3981), trying both the standard download and the managed deployment package, I also attempted installing 2.6.3.3966 which also has the same issue. 4. Failing all the above, I downloaded and ran StableBit Troubleshooter and have sent all the possible logs to support hoping this can be resolved quickly and amicably. As a new user, thank you for your time and attention, and I look forward to your help in getting this quickly sorted out.
