I have a drivepool set up with several HDDs but when I plug in another USB (this time a barcode scanner) a few of the HDDs show up as missing on Drivepool, Scanner as well as the PC. What would cause this? and what can I do to fix it? thanks

I did some more searching and think I have fixed the issue. in the security settings for the drivepool properties it didn't have everyone (even though sharing settings did) So I added that and it seems to work.

I have just tried using another PC and get a network error saying windows cannot access. I was also having the same problem when I set up a windows storage space pool. I have it set up without passwords.

I had already double checked that and they are both set up the exact same

Hi, I have just created a pool and shared the folder so I can access it from my android, I usually use Solid Explorer. I have tried accessing the folder from my phone but it says access denied (tried on multiple apps and get the same thing). If I access another HDD that isn't in the pool it works. Does anyone know why this is and if there is a way to fix it? Thanks
