I have no idea the exact situation which "fixed" the issue, but here is what happened to eventually make the drive show up as healthy.
- Boot System
- Start StableBit Scanner
- Get Error for "File System Damaged"
- Attempt to Repair Volume
- From cmd run `chkdsk <drive> /f` --> Asks to confirm that all handles will be lost (note no errors foind)
- From powershell run `Repair-Volume -DriverLetter <drive> -Scan` (no errors reported)
- Reboot
-
On 2.6.3.3969
Manual checks pass
- Run `chkdsk` with no errors.
- Run `Repair-Volumes` with no errors
Enable Verbose logging for `chkdsk`
Attempt to run the check.
There is no helpful information on the scanner logs.

I have attempted multiple reboots and cannot get StableBit Scanner to update the drive state.
Scanner reporting lifetime writes as 100% used after only 276GB copied onto a 1TB SSD.

@smcallahif you post the SMART frame could see what you are looking at.
There is field `E7: SSD Life Left`. Are you reading this backwards?
SSD SMART reporting is mostly made-up, so I would not read too much into that. Look at Block Writes and Total Writes to see if there is a problem with the firmware on the drive and watch for uncorrectable errors.
