There was a .NET update pending. Followed your steps and updated to 2.2.3.1019 and the pool recovered. Thank you for your kind help.

Drivepool upgrade resulted with Error 0x80070643. Tried restart/reboot, run as admin... StableBit_DrivePool_(64_bit)_20200908151842.log

Windows 10 updated last night to version 2004. After rebooting my pool or any of it's drives are not visible in the Drivepool UI (v. 2.2.0.735 beta) or File Explorer. The drives do however appear in Disk Management and Stablebit Scanner. No idea how to proceed to recover the pool.
