Hello! I am having a problem with SMART data not being shown for my drives in the Scanner. Relevant Setup: CHASSIS: Supermicro 3u 16-bay DRIVES: 16x ST33000650SS 3TB SAS HBA: 2x H310 RAID cards flashed to IT mode. OS: Windows Server 2019 Datacenter Completed Troubleshooting Steps: Used smartctl in order to look at SMART data -- smartctl is able to see it without problems. Enabled DirectIO.Unsafe option. I saw that other users were having a similar problem on this forum. Even after a system restart, this was unsuccessful. Let me know if you have any ideas on what I can do to fix this issue or if you require more information.
